Acceptable File Formats: in the raw or TXT form either in Word, Works, WP5.1 DOS, or WP6.0 Windows

Remember to include your photos (Color and Black & White)
If Digital Photo is used, please supply hard copy
and file at maximum resolution and unadjusted.
Photo is not to be larger than 4 x 6 in size.

When submitting articles with photo then the photo must accompany the article. They must be sent together not individually and if a child is in the photo under the age of 18 years we must have a "Photo Release" Form signed by the parent or guardian.

Do not submit your article as it appears in another publication, such as a newspaper or magazine, as this is now copyrighted. We must have written permission from said publication before we can publish it in the Empire State Mason magazine.

Lastly, include your name, address, phone number and e-mail address with all articles.
